We also rely on automated electronic processes for the billing of the hintcatcher subscription to save valuable time and to make billing as uncomplicated as possible. For example, you will conveniently receive invoices for your hintcatcher subscription automatically by email.
With the new Billing management, we are adding the possibility that you can independently view the billing history with all bills of your hintcatcher subscription.

Access to billing management is possible via the hintcatcher case management and is available to users with the Administrator role in your hintcatcher system.

Billing Management gives you access to the billing history of your hintcatcher subscription. Should you ever need a previous invoice for your hintcatcher subscription again, you can easily call it up yourself via the billing management.
