View billing / invoice history

You will receive billing information and bills for your hintcatcher subscription automatically by e-mail to the desired address. The recipient e-mail address corresponds to the address you entered when subscribing to a hintcatcher plan. If desired, you can change the recipient e-mail address for billing information by yourself via the hintcatcher billing administration.

Additionally, you can conveniently access the billing history of your hintcatcher subscription via the billing management of your hintcatcher system in order to retrieve bills again if necessary.

Access invoice history

To view your hintcatcher subscription billing history, please follow the steps below:

1. In the case management of your hintcatcher system, switch to the Settings page

2. At the top of the page, below your organization name, you will see a link to access your system’s Billing Management:
   

3. Click the link Access Billing Management
4. The billing management page is now displayed, in which you can also see the billing history. Here you can access and download the individual invoices of your hintcatcher system.
