Do you offer a data processing agreement (DPA) for hintcatcher?

We offer our customers and users of a hintcatcher trial version access to the data processing agreement (DPA) directly in the hintcatcher case management. The data processing agreement can be viewed there and concluded if desired.

To view the data processing agreement and to conclude it if desired, please follow the steps below:

1. In case management, switch to the Settings page
2. You will find the entry Data Processing Agreement in the General settings section
3. Select Details and follow the on-screen instructions
