Update / change payment method

How to update your hintcatcher subscription payment method, for example to update your credit card

Updating the payment method of your hintcatcher subscription is necessary if your credit card is about to expire and you therefore receive a new card from your credit card provider.

You can conveniently update the payment method of your hintcatcher subscription yourself via the billing management of your hintcatcher system.

Update payment method

To update your hintcatcher subscription payment method, please follow the steps below:

  1. In the case management of your hintcatcher system, switch to the Settings page

  2. At the top of the page, below your organization name, you will see a link to access your system’s Billing Management:

  3. Click the link Access Billing Management

  4. The billing management is now displayed and shows your current hintcatcher subscription (plan)

  5. Your current payment method is displayed below your current plan. Click on the pencil icon next to your payment method to update it:

  6. Follow the steps and enter and save your new payment method

Your payment method has now been updated and will be used for future payments.
