Subscribe to hintcatcher via Self-Service Checkout

How to subscribe to a hintcatcher Plan using the Self-Service Checkout

To continue using your hintcatcher system after the trial phase, a hintcatcher subscription is required.

The self-service checkout described below provides a quick and easy way to subscribe to a hintcatcher plan. If you need assistance with the self-service checkout, our team will be happy to help you.

By subscribing to a hintcatcher plan, your current hintcatcher test system will be licensed with the selected hintcatcher plan and you can then directly continue using it. There is no need to set up another system. The feature set of your hintcatcher system will be updated accordingly to the selected hintcatcher plan.

Subscribing to a hintcatcher plan with the self-service checkout

To use the self-service checkout and subscribe to a hintcatcher subscription for your system, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the case management of your (trial) system: manage.hintcatcher.com

  2. Switch to the Settings page

  3. At the top of the page, you’ll see the option to subscribe to a hintcatcher plan:

  4. Select the hintcatcher plan you wish to subscribe to and select Subscribe now

  5. On the following page, enter your billing address, your VAT ID no. and the e-mail address for receiving payment information:

  6. Select Continue to Payment

  7. Follow the wizard to set up the payment method

After successfully setting up the payment method, the hintcatcher subscription will be set up for your system and you can continue using your system immediately. You can also recognize this by the way your hintcatcher plan is displayed on the Settings page in case management.
